Collar trade is all about adding more shares with the profits from protection and it allows me to sleep at night.
When you collar trade you are allowed to make mistakes. The key to collar trading is a longer time horizon and the ability to add more shares!!!! You want to see movement = Defined a least one quarter where the stock loses 10% or more
Reflation – Which means a global push of market higher backed by stimulus, endless printing and the need to control the rise in interest rates/inflation
