TGT Covered Call – OCT 25 110 strike short calls for $1.80 of credit.

Stock at 108.50ish

1.50 + 1.80 = 3.30 of potential profit or about 3%

Ford Dollar-Cost-Averaging leap long Calls

Jan 21 $10 strike for about .45 cents by buying double the amount you have (for us it is 20 contracts).

$1500 cost basis + $900 = 2400 / 4000 = .60 per share new cost basis
