BAC – When are we going to protect profits!?

• WHY?
• How do you know this bullish trend is over?
• It’s not! Nothing we see here tells us otherwise.
• Why would you protect a bullish moving stock?

Live within the framework of what we know right now, and what we can control.

You don’t learn from the past by pretending that you COULD have known what you know now…

So the best way to manage last summer where our stocks went sideways would’ve been to run covered calls and protect at the top of sideways trends… DUH!

• This naïve and wishful thinking to believe this would help us in the future when we base our analysis of the past off of knowing what happened.
